Mill Square Our main office is located in the Brodock Press building in downtown Utica. We also maintain a satellite office at Rome Family Court.

Dispute Resolution Service Area

Our Community Mediation, Family Mediation, and other Dispute Resolution services are available in Oneida County, New York. Other Community Dispute Resolution Centers are located in the surrounding communities, and we can refer cases to these centers when needed. Dispute Resolution Service Area

Advocacy Service Area

Our Court Appointed Special Advocates^® and Child Custody Advocates are available to children in Oneida and Herkimer Counties, New York. While our Child Custody Advocate Program is unique, CASA^® is a nationwide program, and advocates may be available in many of the surrounding communities. Advocacy Service Area

Training Service Area

The service area for our Training, Educational, & Youth-Focused programs is essentially unlimited. We train and travel extensively throughout New York State, and have brought our programs to several other states in the past with excellent results. Training Service Area

Surrogate Decision Making Committee Service Area

We currently administer the SDMC program in 14 counties in New York State. These include Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Herkimer, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, Tioga, and Tompkins Counties.
