     Probably our most-requested program, this training separates the world into ten commonly-encountered personality types, and then assigns each an animal to make them easy to understand and remember.  Each of these "Conflict Creatures" has a distinct style and approach to disagreements, and our instructors help participants understand the best and most effective approach for each.

     Any conflict has the potential to reach a positive outcome, as long as those involved have the knowledge and skills required to choose the appropriate technique.  Once you know that you're a Dog and your boss is a Bull, interaction becomes simpler, clearer, and more productive.  The minimum program length is about 2 hours to teach basic skills, with a starting cost around $350.

     A comprehensive program designed for the business community. From this core course, our trainers will customize your training to meet the needs of your particular environment. We commonly produce specialty trainings for: Front Line Employees, Mid-level Management, Upper Management and Executives. All business trainings include "Ninety Second Solutions", designed to adapt the collaborative method of problem solving for the split-second decisions that the modern business world requires. 

     These programs acheive their high level of customization by offering standard features such as pre-training competency surveys, anonymous site evaluations, and post-training skill evaluations.  All of these can be conducted electronically to maximize convenience and efficiency.  This program begins at four hours and $700.
