This program is designed for both Educators and Students alike, and is designed to teach Conflict Resolution concepts in an educational environment. Each training is customized specifically for each group; Students, Teachers, Administrative Staff, or everyone together. Our trainers are fully prepared to cover hot-button topics of the day, such as bullying, peer pressure, and substance abuse. In addition, we offer a wide range of pro-social topics that can be presented and practiced in addition to Conflict Resolution, including Decision Making, Leadership and Followership, Communication, Effectively Engaging with Adults and Peers, and more.
Recognizing the pressures that schools face today in instruction time, these programs are particularly flexible while still seeking to be engaging and effective. The training can stand alone, presented either as a single session or spread out over several weeks. We can even work with educators to integrate our topics into an existing curriculum if needed. Programs start at around 4 hours, and costs begin at $700, including materials.
